Fisher Hall Students Residence

A block of eight inter-connected houses with four floors plus basement area for the use of accommodation for around 150 college students.

This system was built around one Grand master key for the whole complex with individual floor master keys for each level. Student keys would then only allow them access to their own individual room and designated kitchen

A smaller block of three inter-connected houses built using the same structure of keys as the fisher hall residence

Sports Hall & Residence Development

A multi-purpose building incorporating a leisure complex with residential dwellings on the upper floors

The whole building was built with one Grand master key but also two Master keys. This allowed us to divide the the building into two separate systems one for the sports hall complex and then one for the residence section.

Individual door keys were then designated as per the customers brief for the different areas under their own specific master key

Multiple Building Teaching Complex

We were approached by the facilities manager of this sixth form college to take over the running and maintenance of their master key system as they were far from happy with the level of service they were receiving from their previous Mul-t-lock dealer.

This we were happy to do and we now supply this customer with an ongoing maintenance contract package complete with emergency call out facility during normal working hours.

Also as part of this agreement we conduct a once a year full service and maintenance check of all the locks in the college during the school summer holidays to help in the ongoing smooth running of this existing system

An existing catholic church with the addition of a purpose built pastoral centre, to be used by many diverse sections of the community all requiring different levels of access to the complex.

Built around a master key and sub master keys for the division of the buildings access requirements and the different room usage required by the community groups that use the centre.

A Master key system built using padlocks as well as cylinders to allow staff and drivers alike to gain access into the relevant areas required by their needs, using their designated key.

Not used in just in one location but various locations,

this then allows staff to use the facilities at which ever depot they are stationed at for any given day
